A 6-week Therapeutic Photography Program

Co-hosted by Caleb Ficner, Canadian Photographer & Mental Health Advocate and Renée Michaud, Multidisciplinary Artist & Registered Art Psychotherapist (Qualifying with CRPO).

April 13 to May 25, 2026
Six Monday evenings from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Where?
Knox Presbyterian Church - 120 Lisgar St., Ottawa
+ street photography activities in the national capital’s beautiful Centretown neighbourhood
What to expect each week?
We will gather as a community of photography enthusiasts for six weeks of therapeutic photography activities exploring therapeutic themes like self-expression, play, healing, confidence, creativity & mental health.

8 spots available including 1 fully funded by a bursary for people in financial need
Your space is reserved once the program payment is received either:
In full ($395 no HST applicable) by e-transfer to reneemichaud@sagebaytherapy.ca OR
Received in 4 installments of $98.75 (no HST applicable) through the Jane platform (Renée will invoice you through Sage Bay Therapy & Counselling) OR
You are named the bursary recipient on April 7th

Insurance receipts for psychotherapy can be provided weekly to clients through the Jane portal.
The final step before starting Camera Connections is to share your goals for the program with the facilitators through a short get to know you questionnaire in the Jane portal.
